Susan Deacon to Address CPHVA ‘Braveheart’ Conference

Scottish Executive Health and Community Care Minister, Susan Deacon is the keynote speaker at the CPHVA annual Scottish conference, which will chart the way ahead for public health in Scotland, on Thursday, 21 June. |

The Public Health in Scotland – the Braveheart Solution? conference is being held by the Community Practitioners’ and Health Visitors’ Association at the Jurys Hotel, Glasgow. |

The CPHVA’s Professional Officer for Scotland, Anna Daley said: ‘The advent of the Scottish Executive’s Nursing for Health strategy has heralded a sea-change in public health policy and community practitioners are in a powerful position to deliver improved healthcare for the Scottish people.’ |
