Amicus/CPHVA and Amicus/MHNA- Questionnaire for health visitors and community nurses.
MAKE IT HAPPEN SURVEY – May 2006
In June 2001 Amicus/CPHVA launched the Make IT Happen campaign – the IT standing for Information Technology and carried out a survey of members. The aim was to see that every health visitor and community nurse had desktop access to a computer, appropriate software and the core set of tools promised by the government.
We carried out a second survey in 2003 and three years on we want to see what progress has been made.
The results of the last survey – in conjunction with the Mental Health Nurses Association (MHNA) - were much quoted. Help make this survey an equally potent campaigning tool. Please fill out the short questionnaire and return it to:
Shaun Noble (Make IT Happen), Amicus/CPHVA, 33-37 Moreland Street, London EC1V 8HA either by post or electronically. Email: [email protected]
This questionnaire can also be found on the Amicus/CPHVA and Amicus/MHNA websites
The deadline for return of replies is 4.00pm, Friday, 16 June 2006.
